Someone in the comments section explained the title is about cats because, "the author represents people of different nationalities as different animals. In the original manga, the setting was the Vietnam war, and the Vietnamese were represented as cats. For the anime, the setting was changed to the Iran hostage conflict of 1979-1981."
I guess "Camel Sh*t One" just doesn't have the same ring to it?

Cat Sh*t One is the name of their team, I think. I guess it has something do do with being in deep cat sh*t? Or ....um ...I don't really know, actually. I tried looking through the comments to see if anyone knew anything else, but they all seem even more confused than me. My favorite comment was: "TIME TO DO ADORABATTLE" lol I'm happy there is finally a cutesy bunny show that my lovebunny won't mind watching with me!
